Our family keeps beehives and citrus orchards on a farm outside Cairo. We bottle small batches of raw honey and bring jars to the building — order online and find them waiting in your apartment.

How we source
Everything in the shop comes from our own farm or from neighbors we know by name. Honey is raw and unheated, so each batch looks and tastes a little different — that's normal for a natural product, not a defect. Quantities are limited to what the hives actually produce, and when a size sells out it stays out until the next harvest.
