Booking Terms

These terms govern direct reservations made on this website.

1. Reservations. A reservation is confirmed when you receive a booking reference and confirmation. Pending bank-transfer reservations hold the apartment for 48 hours.

2. Prices. All prices are shown itemized before you book, in USD (with EGP display available using our posted rate). The total you accept at checkout is the total you pay, plus any optional services you add later.

3. Guest responsibilities. The lead guest must be at least 18 and is responsible for the apartment and all guests during the stay. Registered guest numbers may not be exceeded.

4. Security deposit. Where a refundable deposit applies it is listed on the apartment page and is returned after checkout, less any damages agreed in writing.

5. Our responsibilities. We provide the apartment as described, cleaned and prepared, with support available during your stay. If a booked apartment becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control we will offer an equivalent unit or a full refund.

6. Payment. Bookings are settled by bank transfer or at the property (card availability varies; cash is always accepted). Online card payment is not yet offered on this website.
