Cancellation Policy

Flexible by default:

• Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in — full refund of any amount paid.
• Cancellations within 5 days of check-in — the first night is charged; the rest is refunded.
• No-shows — the first night is charged and the remaining nights are released.

Long stays (28 nights or more): free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in; afterwards the first 7 nights are charged.

How to cancel: use your secure Manage Booking link or contact us with your booking reference from the email you booked with. Refunds are returned by the original payment method where possible.
