Delivery & Returns

Farm Shop orders:

• Delivery to your apartment during a stay is free.
• Local delivery within New Cairo and pickup at the building are available where shown at checkout; timing is confirmed by our team.

Returns: honey is a food product, so we cannot resell returned jars. If a jar arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we replace it or refund it in full.

Guest services (laundry, food, housekeeping): cancel free of charge up to the service's lead time; later cancellations may be charged when preparation has already started.
